1:1 standard personal training blocks are valid for 1 month
All sessions are delivered from a beautiful, fully equipped gym in Portslade. There's free parking right outside for added convenience.
According to National Health Service department every one of us should resistance train twice per week. My clients understand the benefits of consistent training and usually book 2 sessions per week ( 1:1 block of 5 or 8 sessions available)
