 SAVVY Fitness regards female physique displaying a toned, athletic features showcasing symmetry, femininity, shapely muscle, poise, and a graceful presentation. Leanness is to be expected but not to the degree of the striated bodybuilding level.

From ''heels to trainers'', combining the wealth of experience across industries the most important SKILL I bring to personal trainer's role is customer centred approach  - YOUR goal becomes my goal. Specialising in female fitness was no brainer for me. My body went through 3 successful pregnancies and birthed 3 children and I knew I couldn't exercise my body the way I used to. I have become wiser (or more protective of my pelvic floor and abdominal muscles). Just as I ditched ''heels & pencil skirt'' I ditched HIIT and any high impact exercise activities and started enjoying smarter ways of training. Organically over the years having trained many female bodies,  I have develop a great deal of understanding and created a well received SAVVY method of female training programming. My signature Postpartum Rehabilitation & Muscular Activation programme had been extremely well received by every single customer after having their baby.

According to National Health Service department every one of us should resistance train twice per week. My clients understand the benefits of consistent training and usually book 2 sessions per week ( 1:1 block of 5 or 8 sessions available) 

Magda is literally the perfect PT! From the second I met her for my initial consultation, she has been my biggest cheerleader in reaching my fitness goals. She created an individual program tailor-made for my specific needs, she helps me stay motivated and celebrates my progress with me (as well as showing me how to work out safely!). She is like a walking encyclopedia of knowledge when it comes to fitness - I have learned so much from her, and working with a PT that specialises in women's health has been so eye-opening. But most of all, her lovely personality actually makes working out fun. I look forward to each session, and if I wasn't already out of breath from the work outs she sets me, I would definitely be out of breath from all of the laughing!
